Controller
Join a growing, healthcare organization as a Controller and play a key role in shaping the financial health of a multi-site medical practice. Reporting directly to the CFO, this hands-on leadership position oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, cash management, payroll support, and team development. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting leader who enjoys partnering with operational leaders, improving processes, and driving financial excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, cash management, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business improvement initiatives.
- Manage and develop accounting staff while maintaining strong internal controls, compliance standards, and process improvements.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required
- Proven accounting leader with progressive experience and at least 5 years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or similar management role.
- Experienced in financial reporting, month-end close, cash management, payroll, budgeting, and internal controls, preferably within healthcare or a multi-location environment.
- Analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong Excel and ERP system skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operational leaders.
