Key Responsibilities for the Construction Controller:
• Track job costs including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Monitor project margins and identify cost overruns
• Manage AP/AR, billing, collections, and cash flow
• Prepare monthly financial statements and forecasts
• Oversee payroll, taxes, insurance, and internal controls
