Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Oversee accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, job costing, and financial reporting
• Lead monthly close and deliver accurate financial statements and analysis
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Manage accounting team performance, development, and training
• Improve processes, systems, and internal controls
• Oversee audit process and ensure compliance
Qualifications for the Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA preferred
• Experience with job costing / percentage-of-completion accounting
