Controller

What you will do as a Controller
Accounting Leadership:
- As the Controller you will oversee month-end close within a manufacturing environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage cash flow and cash management activities
- Lead and develop a team of 4 (2 AR, 1 AP, 1 Staff Accountant)
- Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes in an inventory-driven business
FP&A and Strategic Finance:
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Provide variance analysis and business insights to leadership
- Partner cross-functionally to support operational and financial decision-making
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements within finance
What we are seeking in a Controller:
- Current or recent Accounting Manager within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Exposure to inventory or cost accounting
- Interest in expanding into FP&A and business partnering
- Proven ability to lead or mentor staff
