Controller

What you will do as a Controller

Accounting Leadership:

  • As the Controller you will oversee month-end close within a manufacturing environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage cash flow and cash management activities
  • Lead and develop a team of 4 (2 AR, 1 AP, 1 Staff Accountant)
  • Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes in an inventory-driven business

FP&A and Strategic Finance:

  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Provide variance analysis and business insights to leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally to support operational and financial decision-making
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements within finance

What we are seeking in a Controller:

  • Current or recent Accounting Manager within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting
  • Exposure to inventory or cost accounting
  • Interest in expanding into FP&A and business partnering
  • Proven ability to lead or mentor staff
