Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Own standard costing and manufacturing cost accounting activities
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Analyze cost variances and provide insights to improve operational performance
• Partner with operations and plant leadership to support business decisions
• Support general ledger accounting and financial reporting activities
• Coordinate with shared services team to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications for the Controller:
• Strong standard costing experience within a manufacturing environment
