Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple business units and legal entities.
- Review, validate, and analyze financial results to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and business performance analytics.
- Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and financial systems optimization.
- Partner with finance, operations, and leadership teams to improve reporting visibility and decision support.
- Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, integrations, and special projects.
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of accounting, financial reporting, corporate finance, or FP&A experience.
- Strong background in financial statement consolidation and U.S. GAAP reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
