What you’ll do:
- Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
- Oversee cost accounting and inventory processes within a manufacturing setting
- Analyze financial performance, providing insights to guide business decisions
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency within Epicor and other financial systems
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting leader in manufacturing
- Strong cost accounting and inventory management expertise
- Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (or similar systems strongly preferred)
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to drive process improvements
