What You’ll Do
- Oversee corporate and property-level accounting across multiple entities
- Manage and optimize a high-volume month-end close
- Deliver accurate, timely financials and actionable insights to leadership
- Lead cash flow forecasting, treasury oversight, and liquidity strategy
- Serve as the primary liaison for lenders, auditors, and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
- Background in real estate accounting with multi-entity structures
- Proven ability to lead teams and meet tight close deadlines
