Key Responsibilities for the Controller
- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions across multiple legal entities within the organization.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis activities.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with executive leadership and operational teams to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications for the Controller
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing multi-entity accounting, consolidations, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
