Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls as the Controller
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering development and accountability
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and business decisions
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, and internal controls
- Hands-on, collaborative leader with strong communication skills
