RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTROLLER:
- Manage team of direct reports
- Manage the Month-end, and Year-end closes
- Audit Support
- Development of Process Improvements & Documentation – Continuous Improvement
- Assist, prepare, & analyze P&L Analysis month over month
- Assist with preparing budgets and forecasts
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE CONTROLLER ROLE:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- MBA; Masters; CPA welcomed
- 7+ Years of total experience
- Mix of Public Accounting Experience and Private Industry
