Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Controller will play a critical role in financial oversight, process integration, and strategic decision-making while helping shape the future of a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all GAAP accounting and financial reporting activities
  • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Review journal entries and maintain the integrity of financial statements
  • Manage bank reporting requirements and loan covenant compliance
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external CPA firms and auditors
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning initiatives
  • Optimize treasury management and banking relationships
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
  • Support business integration and financial harmonization efforts following recent organizational growth

Ideal Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA preferred
  • Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
  • Strong GAAP accounting knowledge
  • Experience within distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or other high-volume transaction environments
  • Background managing financial reporting, audits, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proven leadership experience overseeing accounting teams
  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $135,000 – $150,000
