Our client is seeking a progressive and strategic Controller to join their growing organization following an internal promotion. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities for multiple entities totaling approximately $350M in revenue
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Oversee internal controls and annual controls assessments for U.S. and Canadian operations
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive operational improvements, strategic initiatives, and business growth
  • Lead ERP implementation efforts and finance process optimization projects
  • Oversee treasury activities, including cash management, disbursements, and wire approvals
  • Serve as primary contact for internal and external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate accounting policies
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
  • Additional leadership responsibilities and special projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
  • Public accounting background highly preferred
  • Prior experience within manufacturing, distribution, or another product-based environment preferred
  • Proven leadership experience managing accounting and finance teams
  • Strong ERP systems and process improvement experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
