Target Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 + bonus
Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Lead standard costing and product costing activities
• Analyze margins, inventory, and manufacturing cost variances
• Oversee inventory accounting, including LIFO and valuation processes
• Support capital planning, ROI analysis, and cost reduction initiatives
• Partner with manufacturing leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance

Qualifications for the Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or plant finance experience
• Strong background in standard costing, inventory accounting, and margin analysis
