Controller
Salary: $125,000 to $150,000 + up to 10% bonus
Schedule: Hybrid (Wednesdays required on-site)

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Lead month-end and year-end close across multi-entity operations
• Drive ERP implementation and accounting process improvements
• Oversee AP, cash management, and core accounting functions
• Manage and develop onshore/offshore accounting team
• Establish and enhance internal controls, policies, and reporting

Qualifications for the Controller:
• 10+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years as a Controller
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• CPA Preferred
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations
• Proven ERP/system migration experience (NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics)
• Background supporting growth, transformation, or PE-backed environments
