Our client is a leading adhesives company with operations around the world and ambitious growth plans ahead. They are looking for an experienced Controller to play a critical role in financial reporting, consolidation, process improvement, and operational decision-making.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with corporate and regional leadership, strengthen financial processes, and help support the company through its next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key financial liaison between corporate leadership and regional operations.
• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and reliable financial reporting.
• Oversee financial consolidation across multiple entities.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insight that supports business and operational decisions.
• Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
• Help drive a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, ideally as a Controller or Director of Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across multiple teams and locations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with both corporate and operational stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
