Controller
Location: Portland, OR
A well-established and growing food manufacturing company is looking for a Controller to lead accounting and financial operations. This role will partner closely with operations and leadership, with a strong focus on financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory, and process improvement.
Salary: Up to $155,000

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations
- Manage cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing-related financial reporting
- Partner with operations on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting
- Support audits, tax requirements, and other compliance activities
- Provide financial reporting and analysis to leadership
- Lead and develop the accounting team
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience is required
- Food manufacturing experience is preferred
- Previous Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
- Strong cost accounting and inventory experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
