Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Oversee corporate and property‑level accounting for a multi‑entity portfolio
• Lead and streamline a high‑volume monthly close process
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting to leadership
• Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury, and liquidity planning
• Serve as the primary liaison for lenders, auditors, and external partners

Qualifications for the Controller:
