Controller
Salary : $145-165K annually + Bonus
Our client, a booming business, is currently seeking a Controller to lead their
financial function for the Northeast Region.

What you will be tasked with in this Controller role
- Directly reporting to the VP of Finance, the Controller will support full financial functions of the region including the financial close, reviewing GL account reconciliations, and providing guidance toward budgeting.
- Monthly quarterly and annual reporting.
- Controller will be instrumental in developing sound internal controls, policies and procedures and updating these as needed with guidance from senior executives.
- Develop, mentor and guide the accounting team to high level of productivity.
- The Controller will ultimately be working strategically with operations to help optimize EBITA
- Additional duties and projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications of the Controller
- BS Accounting, CPA is a plus
- 10+ years financial leadership experience within Manufacturing or CPG industries.
- Experience with a robust ERP system.
