COMPENSATION: $145,000 to $155,000

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization, including financial reporting and analysis, audit and compliance, and team management.
- Lead and optimize accounting operations and financial controls for manufacturing, retail, and social enterprise entities
- Provide actionable financial analysis to support business strategy and operational effectiveness
- Manage, develop, and inspire a team comprising a staff accountant, supervisor, and five AP/AR professionals
- Oversee integration and data flows between ERP, POS, AP, and E-commerce platforms, driving discipline and process improvements
- Serve as key Finance liaison with IT and external vendors for ongoing upgrades and process integration
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years Controller-level leadership in a manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise leading multi-system financial integration projects and process discipline initiatives
