A growing organization is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions. This leadership role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys driving process improvements and supporting strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting and month-end close activities
- Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal controls
- Supervise accounting staff and provide leadership
- Coordinate audit activities and external reporting requirements
- Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP
