Key Responsibilities of the Controller
- Lead and mentor the accounting team through a period of transformation and growth
- Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance for US operations
- Serve as primary liaison to Group CFO; ensure all legal, tax, and statutory filings are delivered accurately and on time
- Drive process improvements and implement cost management initiatives, leveraging manufacturing and systems expertise
- Champion data integrity and strategic financial planning to support long-term business objectives
Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)
- Active CPA credential
- 10 years of accounting experience, including manufacturing sector exposure
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver process improvements in complex organizations
