Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting
- Manage inventory accounting, cost controls, and margin analysis
- Partner with operations on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and strengthen internal controls
- Lead AP/AR, cash flow management, and audit processes
Qualifications for the Controller:
- 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, including leadership
- Strong background in manufacturing, distribution, automotive, or similar industries
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
