Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 base + 10% – 20% annual bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Lead financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee month-end close and ensure timely delivery of financial results
- Drive process improvement initiatives and implement operational efficiencies
- Manage consolidated reporting and financial reviews across business units
- Provide oversight, guidance, and leadership to the accounting team
- Support executive decision-making through financial analysis and presentations
Qualifications for the Controller:
- 7+ years of accounting experience with Controller or Assistant Controller leadership experience
- Service or construction industry background with strong job costing experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
