Controller
This is a high-impact Controller opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader ready to step into a visible role. You’ll partner directly with the CFO to bring structure, clarity, and discipline to the accounting function following a major organizational reset. If you enjoy building processes, owning the numbers, and having a real voice at the table, this role offers both stability and career acceleration.
Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Own the monthly close process, financial reporting, and general ledger accuracy
- Lead job costing, cost accounting, and inventory accounting across the business
- Develop and track KPIs, including debt service coverage ratios and operational metrics
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis for executive leadership
- Oversee cost reporting and margin analysis to support operational decision-making
- Manage and develop a team of approximately five accounting staff
- Maintain and optimize accounting processes
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Prior experience managing or leading an accounting team
- 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
