Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Partner with executive leadership on forecasting revenue, margins, and financial performance
- Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business units and joint ventures
- Manage cash flow, collections, and key financial health metrics (including DSO)
- Oversee and develop a team of Project Accountants
- Track financial performance of large-scale construction projects
- Support annual business planning and drive finance-related initiatives
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5–12 years of relevant experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Construction industry experience preferred
