Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee financial reporting and management reporting activities
- Manage annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts
- Prepare financial presentations and reporting for the Board of Directors
- Supervise and develop a team of six accounting professionals
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Experience leading accounting teams and financial operations
