Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Lead monthly and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts, including quarterly updates
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue and expense analysis
• Manage and develop accounting staff, including goal setting and performance tracking

Qualifications for the Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Nonprofit accounting experience highly preferred
