Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 + 10% personal bonus + company bonus

• The Controller is a KEY position and will have the ability to improve processes and reporting
• Currently implementing AP automation and AI to streamline processes and stay at the cutting edge
• Base salary + personal bonus + company bonus

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: Controller

• Manage the financial reporting and day-to-day accounting functions
• Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Financial statement preparation
• Oversee the Cost Accounting functions
• Budget, Forecast, Budget vs. actual analysis
• Manage, mentor, and train staff

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Controller

• ERP experience required
• Strong MS Excel
• BS, Accounting or related
