Key Responsibilities
- Manage standard costing, inventory valuation, and annual revaluation
- Analyze material, labor, overhead, and purchase price variances
- Maintain cost structures, labor rates, and allocation methodologies
- Partner with operations to drive cost savings and process improvements
- Oversee inventory controls, including physical counts, cycle counts, and reserves
- Support month-end close, audits (SOX/DCAA), and system enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of cost accounting in manufacturing
- Strong expertise in standard costing and inventory
- ERP experience required; SAP S/4HANA preferred
