Key Responsibilities for the Cost Accountant:
• Manage product costing, inventory controls, and variance analysis
• Support month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Analyze job order variances and assist in margin/product costing reviews
• Partner with operations to reconcile inventory, scrap, and metal balances
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Qualifications for the Cost Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2 years of cost accounting experience or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
