About the Opportunity

Position Overview

The Credit Analyst will manage a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio, supporting approximately 400 customers with an AR book of $10–11M. This role blends credit analysis, collections, customer relationship management, and account maintenance.

You’ll work closely with leadership and receive hands-on training, while also being trusted to self-manage and take ownership of your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new and existing customers for credit setup and limit recommendations
  • Monitor and manage AR portfolio, including past due accounts and credit exposure
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain strong customer relationships while handling collections professionally
  • Make and receive collection and customer service calls
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies
  • Utilize ERP system (Epicor) for account management and reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing high-volume AR portfolios (construction or similar industries preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable balancing collections with customer service
  • Self-starter who can manage workload independently
  • Solid Excel skills (formulas, basic analysis)
  • Experience with reconciliations
  • Construction and lien law knowledge is a strong plus
  • ERP experience (Epicor preferred)
