Credit Manager – Key Responsibilities

  • Lead credit strategy, including establishing policies, evaluating creditworthiness, and managing risk exposure
  • Oversee accounts receivable and collections to ensure timely cash flow and reduction of past-due balances
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as DSO, aging, and bad debt, providing actionable insights
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 2 AR professionals, driving accountability and performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to support business objectives and mitigate risk

Credit Manager – Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of credit, collections, or financial management experience
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industry preferred
