Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

  • Contact customers and professionally guide conversations using provided talking points

  • The Customer Service Representative will accurately document customer responses and information into the system while speaking with customers

  • Provide a positive customer experience through friendly and professional communication

  • The Customer Service Representative will meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics once training is completed

  • Talk and type simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative Role

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Comfortable following scripts while creating positive customer interactions

  • Ability to multitask and type while speaking with customers

  • Basic computer skills required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Kind, cheerful, and team-oriented personality with a willingness to work

Dress Code

Business casual environment. Jeans are acceptable as long as they do not have holes. Casual tops are permitted; however, shirts with writing are not allowed.
