We’re seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Process orders, update customer information, and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars as needed.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Manage filing systems and maintain organized office records.
- Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy across multiple systems.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, and general office operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
