Key Responsibilities for the Customer Survey Representative:
• The Customer Survey Representative will conduct outbound calls using a provided list to complete customer surveys
• Follow a scripted questionnaire while capturing accurate responses in real time
• The Customer Survey Representative will meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and completion metrics
• Maintain professionalism and positive engagement with respondents
