Director of Finance
Location: Fort Myers, Florida (Hybrid Schedule)
Salary: $145,000 – $165,000 Base + Bonus

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis across multiple entities.
- Drive process improvements by enhancing reporting efficiency, internal controls, and operational performance.
- Director of Finance will support acquisition integrations and optimize financial systems, reporting, and data visibility.
- Develop and mentor the finance team while fostering accountability, growth, and high-performance standards.
Qualifications for the Director of Finance:
- Experience leading finance and accounting in multi-entity organizations.
- Expertise in financial reporting, consolidations, and month-end close.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management experience.
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and drive business decisions.
- NetSuite experience preferred.
