Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and overall financial planning activities.
- Partner with company leadership to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic growth.
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes and reporting.
- Develop and track key financial metrics and operational KPIs.
- Support audits, compliance efforts, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of finance and accounting experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders across multiple departments.
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or medical device environments is a plus but not required.
Pay: $145,000 – $170,000
