Location: SAN ANTONIO
Compensation: $138,000 – $150,000

Key Responsibilities for the DIRECTOR OF FINANCE:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and overall fiscal operations.
- Manage accounting operations, close, compliance, reporting, and contract administration.
- Manage financial reporting, dashboards, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Develop financial strategies, internal controls, and risk mitigation programs
- Drive long-term financial planning, growth initiatives, and organizational expansion efforts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team while building organizational capacity.
- Support business development initiatives through financial modeling, proposal budgets, and strategic analysis.
- Lead modernization efforts through financial reporting, dashboards, analytics, and process improvements.
Qualifications for the DIRECTOR OF FINANCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5-10+ years of progressive accounting and finance management and GAAP accounting experience.
Building out a team, leading and developing a team. A true heart for people.
CPA, CMA, MBA, or CGMS designation preferred.
