What You’ll Do:

Support Financial & Budget Operations

Partner with department leaders to manage budgets, monitor spending, and ensure financial resources are aligned with organizational priorities.

Lead Accounting Activities

Perform reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, reporting, and other accounting functions that ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Navigate Procurement & Operational Processes

Support purchasing and procurement activities while balancing policy requirements, operational needs, and stakeholder expectations.

Partner Across the Organization

Work closely with leadership teams across HR, IT, legal, administration, and other departments to provide financial guidance and operational support.

Deliver Exceptional Internal Customer Service

Serve as a trusted resource for internal stakeholders, helping solve problems, answer questions, and navigate complex situations where flexibility and judgment are critical.

Support Strategic Initiatives

Assist with projects involving asset management, billing, rebates, incentives, reporting requirements, and operational improvements.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience with:
    • General ledger accounting
    • Journal entries
    • Account reconciliations
    • Financial reporting
    • Budget support
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
