Key Responsibilities for the Director of FP&A:
- Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Provide strategic financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and dashboards to track organizational performance
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and business leaders to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Lead variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario planning to assess risks and opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting, and financial systems
- Mentor, develop, and lead an FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Qualifications for the Director of FP&A:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles, with leadership experience
- Banking, financial services or insurance industry highly desirable
