Key Responsibilities for the Director of Shared Services:
• Lead end-to-end AR & AP operations including invoicing, collections, cash application, and vendor management
• Drive working capital improvements (DSO, cash application, payables strategy)
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance tracking across finance operations
• Standardize processes, strengthen controls, and ensure audit/SOX compliance
• Lead ERP optimization (Oracle Cloud) and AR system modernization strategy
• Partner with IT to enhance automation, reporting, and system integration
• Lead end-to-end AR & AP operations including invoicing, collections, cash application, and vendor management

Qualifications for the Director of Shared Services:
• 10+ years of leadership experience overseeing AR & AP operations
• Strong ERP expertise (Oracle Cloud required; modernization experience preferred)
• Background in complex B2B, distribution, or manufacturing environments
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
