Division Controller
Location: Fort Myers, Florida (Hybrid Schedule)
Salary: $145,000 – $165,000 Base + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Division Controller:
- Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Division President, providing insight into revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBITDA performance
- Own month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and balance sheet integrity
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis across multiple entities and locations
- Improve financial processes, reporting timelines, internal controls, and working capital management
- Support acquisition integration efforts and optimize financial systems, reporting, and data analytics capabilities
- Develop, mentor, and hold accountable the finance and accounting team
Qualifications for the Division Controller:
- Experience leading finance and accounting within a multi-entity, multi-location organization
- Strong background in consolidations, intercompany accounting, month-end close, FP&A, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred
