- Create aging reports and prioritize outreach
- Contact customers on the phone and via email regarding past-due invoices (B2B calls)
- Negotiate payments plans and track receipt
- Assist with month-end close for accounts receivable functions
Background Expected of the Entry Level Collections Specialist:
- Someone who is comfortable on the phone and communicating via email
- No collections experience is necessary
- 2+ year(s) in an office environment with exposure to accounting functions
- Education will be considered in lieu of experience
Salary Range:
