Profile for the Entry Level Staff Accountant:
- Entry level role someone directly out of college and ideally with 1 year experience in accounting
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Soft skills are important and ability to work around distractions, stay focused
- Will be making calls to customers for collection calls, but very limited most customers paying on time
- Assist with reconciliations and variance support and construction draws
- Data entry of invoices into their system
- The Staff Accountant will be entering vendor invoices on a weekly basis
- AR side will include approximately 50 customers with multiple line items and will apply payments to various projects
