Controller – Family Office
Location: Coconut Grove, Florida
Salary: $150K base salary + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly close across U.S. entities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Coordinate U.S. tax planning and compliance with external tax and legal advisors
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and expense management
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality when managing sensitive financial and personal information
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior family office experience required (within an organization established to manage the financial affairs and active investments of a high-net-worth family)
