Key Responsibilities for the Finance Director:
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee financials across 4 entities (consolidations)
• Manage month-end close
• Supervise direct reports (HR Manager, Staff Accountant, Business Manager)
• Support facility and operational financial management
Qualifications for the Finance Director:
• CPA required
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with multi-entity structures
