Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager
- Support finance and accounting activities across multiple business locations
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
- Manage and support month-end close activities and financial reporting
- Partner with operational and business leaders to provide financial analysis and actionable insights
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement
- Develop financial models, reporting tools, and KPI dashboards to support strategic decision-making
- Drive process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Prepare presentations and financial reports for senior leadership
- Leverage advanced Excel and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making
Qualifications for the Finance Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or accounting experience
- Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
