Finance Manager, Investment & Leasing
Salary: $130 – 150K base
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL | Onsite 5 days/week

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:
- Build and evaluate advanced financial models incorporating debt structures, taxes, maintenance cash flows, financing scenarios, and stress testing.
- Analyze asset and portfolio returns, lease performance, residual values, cash flows, credit exposure, and investment opportunities.
- Partner with accounting on lease classification, revenue recognition, depreciation, impairment, monthly close, and aircraft purchase/sale accounting.
- Support technical lease-accounting requirements, including ASC 842 and relevant global lease-accounting standards.
- Evaluate and execute complex leasing, investment, financing, and aircraft-related transactions.
- Prepare investment analyses and executive-level reporting for senior leadership and investment decisions.
Qualifications for the Finance Manager:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, structured finance, asset finance, or a closely related investment field.
- Strong accounting foundation with demonstrated knowledge of ASC 842 and/or IFRS 16 and the ability to handle technical lease-accounting questions.
- Advanced financial modeling and cash-flow analysis skills, including valuation, return analysis, capital structures, and transaction economics.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating and executing complex investment or asset-financing transactions; aviation experience is preferred, with relevant equipment, automotive, or other asset-leasing backgrounds also potentially applicable.
