Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager, Investment & Leasing:
• Analyze asset-level and portfolio-level investment returns, including IRR, NPV, cash yield, and related performance metrics
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for investment and financing decisions
• Evaluate aircraft leasing opportunities, market trends, asset values, and portfolio performance
• Partner with accounting, treasury, and tax teams on transactions, reporting, and financial governance
• Assess debt and equity financing alternatives and support capital structure decisions
• Prepare executive reporting and investment committee presentations
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for investment and financing decisions
• Evaluate aircraft leasing opportunities, market trends, asset values, and portfolio performance
• Partner with accounting, treasury, and tax teams on transactions, reporting, and financial governance

Qualifications for the Finance Manager, Investment & Leasing:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in leasing, structured finance, or investment analysis preferred
• Advanced financial modeling expertise with strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of leasing economics, asset valuation, and lease accounting standards
